Pets

We are a Pet Friendly hotel, and welcome animals of all shapes and sizes. There is an additional $20 pet cleaning fee with your reservation.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

We do not collect payment at the time of booking. We require a credit card to hold all reservations and you will be charged upon checking in.

We have a free cancellation policy as long as you cancel by phone or email at least 48 hours prior to 2:00 pm of your reservation date. Should you need to cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, you will be charged for the first night.

The following does not negate or alter our cancellation policy: weather conditions, National Park closures, car trouble, air travel delays, illness, lack of cell phone or internet service, or if you arrive and decide to leave early.

We are a very small business in a remote location, and last-minute cancellations make a big financial impact on us. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy.

Mailing Packages Policy

If you are mailing a package to yourself so it arrives during your visit, please mail it to: General Delivery, Baker, NV 89311. Mail delivery is slower than usual in our area. We do not accept packages mailed to our address as we can not be responsible for the package, especially if it arrives after you’ve left town.
