Pets
We are a Pet Friendly hotel, and welcome animals of all shapes and sizes. There is an additional $20 pet cleaning fee with your reservation.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
We do not collect payment at the time of booking. We require a credit card to hold all reservations and you will be charged upon checking in.
We have a 100% no-fee cancellation policy as long as you cancel by phone or email at least 48 hours prior to 2:00 pm of your reservation date. Should you need to cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, you will be charged for the first night.
The following does not negate or alter our cancellation policy: weather conditions, National Park closures, car trouble, air travel delays, illness, lack of cell phone or internet service, or if you arrive and decide to leave early.
We are a very small business in a remote location, and last-minute cancellations make a big financial impact on us. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy.
Our Hotel is Housed in 2 Separate Buildings:
Building 1: Rooms 1-4 are at the front of our property, next to the Bristlecone General Store.
(Building 2: Rooms 5-7 are under construction. Brand new rooms coming soon. Stay tuned!)
Building 3: Rooms 8-10 are one block south, across the street near the gas station.
RV Sites
Our 5 RV sites are located behind the Baker Fuel & RV plaza, which is one block south of the Bristlecone General Store. This plaza also has our hotel rooms 8, 9, 10; and a public bathroom, shower and laundry facility that is open 24/7. All RV sites are back-in only and have full hook-ups: 30 & 50 amp electricity, sewer and water. Site 1 is furthest away from the public restroom, while Site 5 is closest to this building. Every RV guest is welcome to hang out in the Bristlecone Backyard (behind the general store) and relax under the shade trees, have a picnic, play corn hole, and create some art!
